Sadness. I never knew that Weezer was coming here. And it would have been a perfect post-exam thing to do too! But now it's way way too late and it's sold out. Sadness. Such good memories of happy songs from high school.

Speaking of high school, I went to a barbecue yesterday held by an ex-housemate of my current housemate. And lo and behold, there were three people there amongst his friends that were from my high school class! This world is definitely too small.

I said hi to one of them who was leaving as I was arriving, but he just looked at me with a blank stare without a hint of recognition. It also didn't help that I couldn't address him by his actual name since it had slipped my mind. Anyway, I didn't say hi to the other two after that because I wanted to avoid that whole awkward staring thing (I did remember the other two names though, after some thorough brain searching). But I felt like a total snob when I left because I didn't say anything. Dang! This is like being back in high school again!

When Elliot said on "Scrubs" that every girl from 16 to 60 has that awkward teenage girl inside of them, it's so true.

And dammit, I want to see Weezer!
