The drive up to North Bay was dull and boring. It was basically all straight highway lined with trees. Some bits were pretty when it went up hills and by lakes, but otherwise I just watched the terrible traffic going the oppposite direction due to cottagers returning home.

The townhouse is quite nice. Two other people also moved in today. One of rooms is huge, with its own TV and loveseat, plus a bathroom outside that is basically for personal use (since that room is in the basement while we are all on the third floor). I got a small room. Dang! This means I can't coccoon myself in my room and will have to socialize with my housemates.

The best thing is that the internet is not dial-up! Hurray! And full cable is nice too, with TBS. I may not even need to take up knitting this month. (I also have no needles up here, so that is a slight problem.)

I don't even know when I start work tomorrow because they didn't tell me. I love how organized they are.

It feels like tomorrow is the beginning of everything. Sigh. I'm a little excited, but I don't want my vacation to end yet.
